This was taken at Big Break '98 in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is inside the huge tent where the meetings were held. There were 1100 college students there from the Campus Crusade for Christ movements at various schools. It was a blast. David tried dreds for a short while before deciding they just weren't for him. The hat was an impulse buy from some bargain bin at Super Wal-Mart, where me and Josh Shiflet went 5 days in a row.
